NeighborCare has a unique business model, matching seniors in need of care giving or companionship with members of their own community.
We find care for seniors and employ qualified candidates to help people in need. Our employees have care-giving experience and many have been recruited from the Banner Senior Center, where they are dedicated volunteers.
We make sure that our clients feel safe and comfortable having an unfamiliar individual in their home. Our care team is made up of caring seniors who live in the community and are familiar with the local surroundings. We understand how important it is for our caregivers to identify with our clients.
NeighborCare employees are CPR trained, background checked, and vetted to ensure that our clients are comfortable having a neighbor, not a stranger, in their home.
